Donate Items
Toys, food, and other pet supplies are purchased at wholesale prices, so a cash donation is more cost-effective than purchasing and donating those types of items themselves.
However, if you would like to donate new or used items to the Humane Society, donated items may be dropped off anytime during our business hours: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm Tuesday – Sunday. Simply bring your donation through the front doors, and see our Greeter for delivery and receipt. If you are making a donation of items larger than one carload, please email [email protected] in advance to schedule the drop-off. We do not accept grooming supplies, homemade treats or food, large or extra-large beds, homemade pet toys, or stuffed animals that are not manufactured for animal use. We are always in need of the following:

Pet food donations will be used where it is needed most to care for the pets in the shelter and in the community, but these are our preferred brands:

We cannot accept expired food, and donated food must have at least 2 months before the expiration date marked. We cannot accept open bags of food or homemade treats or food. We are currently not accepting k/d or renal support foods.
