On Monday, August 24 we’re taking over some of Pierce County’s best eateries with a portion of proceeds benefitting Tacoma Humane and the pets in our care!
Join us at The Ram (Ruston), Dusty’s Hideaway (Tacoma), or Mod Pizza (Puyallup) and enjoy dinner out to benefit pets.
Movie at The Grand
Join Tacoma Humane for a heartfelt documentary on Tuesday, August 25 at The Grand Cinema with showings at 1:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
The feature is What’s the Story, Wishbone?, which explores the beloved PBS series that turned classic literature into adventure, starring one unforgettable little dog with a very big imagination.
Bliss Takeover!
Tacoma Humane is taking over Bliss Small Batch Creamery in University Place on Wednesday, August 26 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Join us for delicious treats, community fun, and fundraising excitement. No need to tell them that your purchase is for our shelter because a percentage of all sales will benefit the pets in our care.
Rockin' for Rescues
Join us for an all-ages rock/punk concert at Slice of Life Pizza on Friday, August 28th with performances starting at 4:00 p.m. The bill features music from: Side Work; Tremor Cats; Hills and Valleys; Dirty Tribe; and Eel Jive.
K9 Innings with the Tacoma Rainiers
Bring the whole family, leashes welcome! Join us for an afternoon of Rainiers baseball on Sunday, August 30, 2026; every ticket supports Tacoma Humane. K9 Innings is a dog-friendly game day with fun for two- and four-legged fans alike, featuring prizes, a welcoming ballpark atmosphere, and the chance to do some good while enjoying the Dog Days of Summer.
TICKET INCLUDES: Reserved Seat, Ballpark Meal (hotdog, snack, water), (1) Dog Entry, (1) Rainiers Branded Bandana. Optional add-on of a Rainiers X Tacoma Humane t-shirt.
