Starla
PET ID: 238291
Meet Starla, a shy girl who is making incredible progress and shining brighter every day. She needs time and patience to warm up, but once that first connection is made, she relaxes and melts into butt scratches and neck rubs. She's been getting more comfortable with her staff and volunteer pals at the shelter, slowly letting her guard down and showing everyone what a great dog she truly is. This girl is a star in the making, and she's just getting started!
