Helpful Tips for Your Vaccine and Wellness Clinic Appointment
To ensure a smooth experience for both you and your pet, please review the following guidelines:
- Arrival: Remain in your vehicle until five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Dogs: For the safety of all, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please avoid on-leash greetings between dogs.
- Cats: For their safety, cats must be in secure carriers. If you don’t have a carrier, leave your cat safely in the car and let our team know—we’ll provide one for use during the clinic.
- Illness: If your pet is ill, we are unable to provide vaccinations. You are welcome to reschedule for when your pet is feeling better.
- Payment Options: We accept debit cards, credit cards, and cash. We do not accept CareCredit or checks.
