In December, we told you about 59 pets who were brought to our shelter after being removed from an unsafe living environment. Thanks to you, these once sick, underweight, and scared pets received the care they desperately needed and are now thriving in homes filled with love, comfort, and joy. We’re happy to share 10 heartwarming updates with you to show just how much your compassion has changed their lives. Thank you for being part of their journey.

Kitsune

“Kitsune is very affectionate. She loves her cat tree and her second-floor catio.” – Kitsune’s adopter

Nova

“Nova is so, so loved. She is a big cuddle bug and cuddles up with me or my son every night when we go to sleep. We call her our mooch princess because she LOVES snacks and gets into everything. We will love her forever and have loved her from the minute we brought her home.” – Nova’s adopter

Aurora

“Aurora is doing wonderfully and has made best friends with our dog and cat. She’s recently overcome some health issues, but since then has been fine!” – Aurora’s adopter

Coco

“Coco loves cuddling, watching movies, and sleeping with us. Fluffy blankets and wand toys are favorites! Thank you so much for helping our girl. We love her so very much.” – Coco’s adopter

Frank the Tank

“We were lucky enough to first foster Frank the Tank and quickly realized we couldn’t let him go! He became our 105th foster and our very first foster fail, and we couldn’t be happier about it. Frank is doing absolutely amazing. He’s just a big ball of love and snuggles, and he’s been such a wonderful addition to our family.” – Frank the Tank’s adopter

Ellie

“Ellie is doing great! Ellie’s human sister is so happy to have a dog to play with. Ellie is also making friends with the other dogs in the neighborhood. She loves all the attention, and everyone adores her.” – Ellie’s adopter

Thor and Loki

“Thor and Loki are doing well! They love playing together and soaking up the sun. They’re always hungry and will eat up any treat you give them. They’ve really grown into their personalities and are so cuddly and affectionate. Thank you to everyone who helped them receive the care they needed!” – Thor and Loki’s adopter

Chris and Martin

“Chris and Martin are doing wonderfully despite their rough start. They are now the happiest, friendliest, and most snuggly cats we have ever met. Their favorite thing to do is snuggle under a blanket and sleep the afternoon away. Thank you for bringing these two love bugs into our lives.” – Chris and Martin’s adopter

Pixie

“Pixie is delightful. She snuggles, chirps, and purrs. She plays with lots of toys (wand toys are her favorite) and keeps an eye on the yard from her viewing perches. She has discovered several comfy spots to nap around the house when I am at work. She is a sweetheart, and I am so grateful to be her person.” – Pixie’s adopter

Layla

“From day one, Layla has been an absolute sweetheart despite coming from less than ideal conditions. We initially only planned to foster, but after a day or two, we started to realize that we just couldn’t let her go. She was timid at first, but as she settled in and gained more confidence, her personality started to really show. She truly is so eager to please and is just the sweetest girl that we couldn’t imagine not having her around.” -Layla’s adopter
