Hi, my name is Rufus and I would love to meet you. I have been at the shelter since May 22, 2022. Sometimes when I am really happy, I do a happy dance that looks like a jumping pony. I really enjoy when I get to go on walks where I can see and sniff new things. I also show just how happy I am to see my favorite people.
