Donate to Help Animals
Your gift to The Humane Society provide food, shelter, veterinary care, and a loving touch to thousands of animals in need. Donations help find loving homes for 7,000 animals every year, re-unite 2,000 pets with their owners, and spay and neuter thousands of pets of low-income families. Memorials/Honorariums:
If you would like to make a donation in memory of, or in honor of, an animal or individual, please specify the name of the pet or person the donation is in memory or in honor of.
Also, please provide the name and address of the person you would like us to send an acknowledgment to. Honorarium and Memorial donations are also listed in the Humane Society’s newsletter, “Paw Talk”.
Automatic or Recurring Gifts
Many donors choose to give Recurring Gifts, in which a set amount is automatically deducted from a credit card or checking account each month. These regular gifts add up to a lot of help for homeless animals — and it’s convenient. For more information, call Marguerite Richmond at 253-284-5823.
Donate a Car
Donate your car, truck, RV or boat as a tax-deductible gift to the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County. You can start the donation online throughNorthwest Charity Donation Service or by phone at 1-800-961-6119.
Sponsor a Dog or Cat Kennel
Help care for shelter pets by sponsoring a dog or cat kennel for just $250 a year. A paw plaque will be placed on the kennel or cage to acknowledge your gift.
